I accidently saved the game with girl gang members. How do I turn this off? I don't want to start all over with the game. Can someone please help me?

You can't fix it. You shouldn't use cheats, especially when saving a game.

It is a wise practice to rotate saves among several slots for things like this or if the save gets corrupt... I always utilize the first 3 slots fir this in all GTAs I've played... only needed it once (on a GTA IV save)

Yep. I entered the cheat on one of my old PS2 saves, now I a stuck with the ladies. And they don't even use their M4s....
