Grand Theft Auto: Vice City HD Is a mod started by me of which the main aim is to completely re-model and re-texture the entirety of Vice City for EFLC, eventually porting to SA.

Progress is being made slowly as at the moment the team is small, we hope to expand with some extra help as soon as possible.

Good idea.What you think about that:
A new safehouse and a videogame shop with interior,selling Xbox's,Play Station's,Nintendo Console's,games,etc.You buy it and put on any safehouse,but don't play.

Well there won't be a video game shop selling all current gen consoles because Vice City is set in the 80's so unless we include time travelling (whihc we won't for thos who don't understand sarcasm) these consoles don't exist yet, however there will be new savehouses.

Also Vice City is a GTA world city, so it can't have any of those consoles as they are real life brands.

Depends how good you are, take a random textyre from Vice City and recreat it in HD, then post both so i can see the difference, and if its good I'd be morethan happy to welcome you too the team

I know how... He used a GIF animated picture and photoshop? or other picture editing tool and than replaced the background of old menu.
Ofcourse GIF can utilize animated pictures so thats the way its in. And as he said later he used sony vegas.

san andreas dosent read gif files, animated menu can be created using a background hook by seemann
