I've added a slight raised roof, basically so the center is higher and it slopes down, hard to explain, but its what it looks like from the pictures. Also, i added some concrete feet to the observation deck. still, a w.i.p.

Man the WTC will be a lot more realistic but we need big help to import it to Grand Theft Auto IV & Episode From Liberty City.

So it seems the mod is back in progress again? We, from Project Nine Eleven, try to release all our effort on 9/11.
You guys think to make that as well?

If it's going well, then yes, maybe on 9/11 will v0.4 be released...
But it depends on how the modders are doing their work. 3dstructures needs to do the Phoenix Project first, then install the game on his computer, sombody needs to make the archives, make an installer, and then couple of weeks testing the sh*t out of the mod, so then the public will become a bugfree brand new, improved, more detailed version of the mod. smile.gif

World Trade Centre Mod 0.3 and 3.5 download is finally working properly.
Hbx84 was online before on Facebook and then he went off.

Will it be easy to edit the World Trade Centre now?

Today i am finnishing the lobbys. Than i wil start on the 107th floors. that work wil take some days this week. after that the rooftops and refining work! stay tuned for updates on this!

3D Structure, I have spoken to Hbx about Google Sketch up...

He told me:

"On sketchup you can texture the two faces of each surface of an object.
But on 3ds max and GTA 4, only one face can have the texture, the other face is invisible.

So, as you can texture the 2 faces in sketchup, you can't really know which face is the good one to texture..."

ok, thats al i need to know. i wil texture the model. but also make an untextured version. so nothing can go wrong!
is it possible that someone can convert the other model parts for me. i treid everything. it just wont work. aj did convert the wtc for me! can he also do the rest. so i can make the complex bigger and work on the surrounding. the wtc must fit in perfectly

If you want to know which way the faces are facing in Sketchup, go to View>Face Style>Monochromatic. White on the outside, blue on the inside.

ok! and is it possible to reverse faces? normaly it is!

we are having allot of work to do now! i got the manhattan map. old buildings are stil in there. so demolishion is started on that.
i wil make the wtc a litle bit wider. and improve some stuf on the surroundings. i am gonna demolish the wfc complex. relay the street
and create a landfill. this wil create a bigger park and a better wfc complex. also the twins wil align better to the view.

i wil try to keep the low details on the surroundings. but some stuff needs to be better

i wil make a cut where the wtc wil be addet. than the big reconstruction wil start. maibe i add some construction work to 0.4
i must think on this!

So you'll delete the whole WFC?? Ok, you sank the Titanic... biggrin.gif It'll be a horrible long work, because the many props, and stuff inside... But then, actually make the whole road, the complex look like the original one, with the corresponding two bridges (Nort and South). Also think about the Winter Garden (that connects the North Bridge to the WFC complex), and the outer walkpath, with the avenue, and the correct coast (just pull the whole thing a few yards away wink.gif )

Edit: Can we have a look at your plans? Can you make some 'blueprints' for us here in the forum, so we can actually see what do you want to do with the WFC, and where would you put it. I mean a plan from the original (mod 0.3 or 0.3.5) and the new plans for 0.4, where exactly the complex would go, and how can you see it.
