Sorry for the recent reply Well, I'm not responsible with the installation... Back in 2010 to 2011, Hbx made some few bugs and there were some changes in Manhatten folder ( Manhat 1 and 2 IMAGES & OTHERS). There are some changes and addons on Manhattan IMAGES and they are included in the WTC installation. If you just put WTC map folder without Manhat file, it will not respond or crash to desktop and on Lower Manhattan road, it may have no collision. When Hbx comes back, you can chat with him and explain to him. =) Because I'm not a modder, I'm just a video maker and Sims 3 designer. =) But Frank, Hbx modified the file on the 10th September 2011 to 21st September 2011. That's when WTC 0.3 released! He removed some buildings like i.e "City Hall" and objects. I think it is necessary for him to put these files included in the WTC installation. WTC is an add-on and all the objects are on the WTC add-on. Everything outside are not part of WTC add-on. They're part of Manhattan 1 and 2. Hbx removed some images & objects in Manhattan IMGs. NEWS UPDATE 
Hey WTC fans and WTC developers,
Hbx84 was online on Facebook and he told me his computer got stolen in the train. Do you know what's inside his laptop?
I have the Good News and the Bad News.
The Bad news is Hbx lost his files and his website got hacked by some bastard! (That's when his computer got stolen). He will recover his website and it will be repaired. Hbx has to recover his WTC project and his important files to his different computer. This will take a long time to recover and I don't know when WTC 0.4 project will start. If the files aren't recovered. GTA IV World Trade Center will stop and he won't start WTC 0.4 project.
The Good news is AJ has 3D Max and he has recovered files of WTC 0.3 or 3.5 files. So the WTC Mod is still alive. NEWS UPDATE This post has been edited by RomerJon17 on Friday, Jul 27 2012, 05:49

NEWS UPDATE ON FACEBOOK 
Some more good news and bad news. The bad news is hbx can no longer be the modeler of the WTC mod, because his computer got stolen, and he starts school next month. He will not have any time to continue the mod for a while. The good news is, if he gives me permission to use his models, then I could try and continue the mod myself. But I would have to get use to the program first, and then continue it. Hbx said that instead of being a modeler, he will be the supervisor of the mod. ~AJ Valentino

Good news everyone, World Trade Center is now alive and Aj is taking over the project... He's working with the WTC Mod and we'll see how to progress go? NEWS UPDATE ON FACEBOOK   I'm starting to get use to 3ds max, and look what I got. This is a NOD emulator, and the yellow area I circled is where the WTC mod goes in GTA IV. Soon, I might be able to go into the nod editor, and fix the car, and pedestrian paths! I also now got the models imported, and it looks magnificent!
