I have found a serious bug with this mod.
When you drive under the red bridge in the desert, game will crash.
And there are many spots around the whole SA which makes the game crash.
Then I tested the game with the original files (effects.fxp, effects.txd and particle.txd)
Game doesn't crash when having these original files.
Game WILL crash after replaced these 3 original files with the effects mod.
