hey guys In San Andreas There is this mod were you can fly called cleo and another one called Superman Mod But I Only Have Vice City On PC and i want to use cleo in it and fly which is heaps of fun but i search google and didnt find anything i was doing this for 4 or 9 days! and still nothing! can Someone Please Help Me! Please Give Me A Link To A Vice City PC Cleo Mod Which allows you to FLY! please help me!

Hmmmm... I know that CLEO mod for VC exists but I serached for it and didn`t found anything.
Try to go to www.youtube.com and search for "GTA Vice City Superman or CLEO mod"
And you will found a video with download link.I hope this help to you

CLEO is only for SA. The closest thing I can think of is LithJoe's trainer for VC. I'm surprised at how much people don't even know what CLEO does and still use that word like it's suppose to mean something else.

In sa you can fly in car but i dont remember how is going but to vc theres cheat COMEFLYWITHME and fly in car!!
