lol... Thompson was a PITA, but at least he was finally disbarred because people realized what a jackass he was...

I think including children in GTA would give him credibility tho, and open the door for even more credible organizations/people to attack the GTA franchise and R* in general...

It's just not worth it.

It's true! One of my sims was an extremely lazy obese woman who liked to grill hotdogs indoors. The barbecue was set up in the baby's room next to the crib. GTA used to be about going above and beyond what people thought would be extreme. You could already kill animals in rdr proving that is a possibility that will probably happen considering multiple dogs shown in the trailer for gta V. Children in my opinion should be able to be killed in-game because it isn't a simulator if the way you kill them is extremely unrealistic. When was the last time you have heard of a man with 1-6 stars going to a school or a park and just slaughtering children? What reason besides age makes killing adult males/females different from killing children males/females? A few years and a short stature doesn't mean anything, because it isn't real and as long as R* is sure to let the public know that, there should be no problems.

And most important: GTA CAN NOT BE BANNED!

Games do not get banned in North America. I specify North America here because that is where everyone seems to think PETA and MADD and whatever are gonna try and get it banned. But it can not happen. The constitution does not allow for it. So stop trying to say they will ban it, people in the USA.

Sure they can't ban it. But they can slap an AO rating to it so that no majoor stores will carry it like they did to the version of San Andreas with Hot Coffee still in its code.

Effectively banning it is not the same as banning it. Once it is released anyone calling for a ban has no legal precedence for it. And Rockstar knows to disclose everything to prevent an Ao rating now. (Just look at the penis in BoGT, or the sex in RDRedemption, or the full nudity in LA Noire.) San Andreas with the hot coffee disclosed in the beginning would have still been an M rated game. It's just because they didn't disclose it that the rating got changed. Same thing happened with Morrowind and the T to M rating bump because of hidden nude skins without disclosure.

I feel positive about adding animals in GTA V, we see a dog in the trailer so thats a good sign. Besides, we had animals in RDR, and it was so awesome, I mean we could se dogs, birds, bears?, maybe a horse?, who knows what R* will bring to the table now
