I remember my first play through the entire game a lot of the driving chase missions gave me trouble. I would almost always drive way too fast trying to keep up. Usually some car or bus would pull out in front of me ending the chase.
About a year later and lots of practice with online racing/deathmatches; the game is much easier. My second play through has been more like revenge. devil.gif

The helicopter missions were a lost cause for me the first time through. After playing around with helicopters in online free mode the copter missions are much, much easier.

I didn't really hate any mission to be honest. None of the missions tested my impatience like the old games did.

That's what I liked the most about GTA IV. I didn't feel "frustrated" when playing through the missions.

Some of the missions from the past games honestly had me wanting to smash my TV.

You mean like.."Supply Lines"? I ended up leaving San Andreas alone for about a year cause of this mission.

Wrong is Right - I kept crashing into cars, until I realized I didn't have to shoot at him, because he stops when he reaches the park area.

i liked ALL the missions... except the one where you have to kidnap Gracie ancelotti the 1st time i did it she made me swerve into a cop car, then an epic cop chase ensued. ultimately ending with me failing the mission in a heap of burning wreckage. suicidal.gif

Out Of Comission. The lack of checkpoints is so annoying. Especially because the police kill me on Happiness Island.

dozingoff.gif , lets see. I'll only name some from my first play, since second, third, and forth don't really count.

-Deconstructon For Beginners - Easy, but boring, not enough cover
-Roman Captured Mission - Easy, boring.
-Out of Commission - Revenge Mission - Not a good ending.
-The Hotel One - Long, and people come from EVERYWHERE.

The mission early in the game where you work with erm...can't remember his name. You have to climb up on some bits of wood, get on the roof, shoot a load of people, then steal their truck full of medication. And then you get chased by a load of thugs shooting at your truck with machine guns.

I think that's one of the worst because all the missions up to that point are piss easy and take two minutes to complete, then you come against this one and fail it half a dozen times because you accidentally blow up the truck with grenades while trying to take out the enemy, or you get shot to death, or you get your truck wedged between a lamppost and a building because you've been crashed by one of the gang cars...And then you have to do the entire mission again, including the really boring bits of driving a slow car to the warehouse and learning how to climb on the roof. I just got frustrated with that.

Buoys Ahoy - Half the time my boat would flip over on the ramps.
Any car chase mission really. Now they coded it so the targets stop after a certain time, negates all skill really in my opinion.

i didn't really like "catch the wave" (i call dwayne's thugs for back up) because phil keeps running into the enemies' bullets like an idiot.
the long drive in "actions speak louder..." is also boring. i like the rest of the mission though.

in TLAD i didn't really like "politics". it doesn't really fit into johnny's storyline.

TBOGT...none in particular so far since i only played 4-5 missions so far.

you can bring this mission to a very soon ending. without a faggio chase. when the guy walks up the stairs, rush after him, you best jump up the stairs. while he is riding away, aim and shoot him with the PISTOL. he will fall. i tried it with a bigger gun and well, it didn't work. use a pistol. the guy will fall and you can smash him with a bat or whatever. no faggio drive.
