There are a few mission in GTAIV that leave you sceaming at your tv/pc.

For example, the first time i tried NO.1 i was left actualy yelling at my TV.

Have you had any screaming fit moments?

When i was re-completing GTA to get the Liberty City Minute achievement, i got Soooooo stuck on the mission where you have to go to the hotel by Middle Park and blast everyone...

Think i must of retried that mission about 7 times, i kept getting shot and killed when i went up the top of the stairs to get on the roof.... My god did i scream! Thankfully, after the 6th time i remembered that there was a Barbecue thing there with a propane tank BOOOOM!

Ive just threw a grenade through the open door, i bumped it at the green frame of the Exit of the glass thing, that it flew to the guys on there, and it exploded, and i was WTF when i heard one more explosion from the bbq thing.

Anyway, i hated the mission where you killed Mikhail Faustin.. i was new to the game on PS3 when it came out, and i was so angry everyone killed me in there.. then ive came to the idea to walk around the building, and i walked into an alley, found two red doors, and entered the back of the perestroika, so i just had to give him a headshot, and walk out via the back exit again

I loved that hotel mission..I always used to take the lift behind the building and start from the roof....far easier.

The only mission that made me yell was Deconstruction for Beginners..I don't know why..but it took me WAY too long to complete that mission..as soon you have the get the last guy I remember I kept being raped by about 30 men who suddenly join you. Quite funny how how I ended up doing it..and extremely lucky.

There's already a topic for this, but since I'm a post count whore I will reply to this.

I hated the mission "Paper Trail" for U.L Paper, mainly 'cause it's so damn boring and named by a f*cked-up album.
Another mission is the one where Roman gets kidnapped and you have to save him. It's just so long and so on, plus there are hardly any checkpoints.
^Dude, Deconstruction for Beginners is easy as crap Never failed it. Honestly.

The Puerto Rican Connection was the one that got me initially. First time out I took a motobike for the chase and Niko ended up hitting a car and flying through the air. I got there in the end, but it was just somehow annoying.

i managed the mission "hostile negotiatation" by going around the back of the building then picking as many of as i could through the gaps in the boarded up windows.
the men inside take pot-shots but rarely get you.
i also use this point to blow up as many of the gas cannisters as i can see.


anyone got any sugggestions of how to get through "three leaf clover" without coppers shooting me to death"

Call Dwaynes back up for Three Leaf Cover just before leaving the bank.

Also make sure you have 2 rpg's and the carbine rifle and alot of grenades

Use the RPG's at the beginning to clear out the cop cars at the bank. Then when going through China town watch out for the snipers and take them out first. Use grenades to take out the various cop cars as you move foward.

Once in the subway use cover when possible, crouch when not. Then when in the tunnel just keep moving.

Last, when leaving the tunnel go quickly, ie run to the Huntly Sport. Then drive to clear the stars

I hate any mission where yo must babysit another character. Catch the Wave for example where you not only have to kill everyone in that wearhouse, but you also have to keep Phil from getting killed. More examples of that would be Wrong side of the Tracks or Robbing Uncle Sam from SA. I hate relying on others to complete the missions.

Yeah, I hate them missions too.
The characters always die.

The mission where you had to protect packie by useing the sniper riffle, packie would always hide somewhere and the guy with the knife would always slit his throat it annoyed me

I hated that mission. Did it loads of time because weak-ass "imma use a pistol against guys with smgs and shotguns Phil" kept on dying.

I struggled with one or two missions though most of them were pretty easy for me to handle. I distinctly remember that I was stuck for quite a while on Paper Trail, The Snow Storm and Out Of Commission. The worst out of those three was most definately the finale Out Of Commission, it took me quite a few tries to get the end credits up but I succeeded after a while

"Three Leaf Clover" took me several tries. I'm not the best at escaping high wanted police chases via cunning routes/driving, so when I'm around 3-4 stars, i hit the Pay n' Spray. During this mission, the cops would always see me drive into the Pay n' Spray. Took me a few tries. Otherwise the other missions took me average 3-4 tries.

I hated the "No.1" or was it "Nb.1"? Anyway, i hated that mission, i don't like much races and that kinda sh*t, so i just destroyed others and take the easy way

I rly hate races, but some races are ok.

Agree , when i had gta iv first time i didnt knew what was going on, i though he was being shot, so i keep being killed the others fast,i did it so many times that it rly went fast, and i was stupid xD, i spawned a bike to ride down there but failed and falled off, bam, dead , haha then i was tired and was watching him, then i saw that bitch fatass with a knife, BAM. Dead , daaim i was happy
