If you mean getting a hooker to have sex with you park next to a hooker type in the get ped to enter your vehicle cheat 'hopingirl' with no quotes. Then drive to a secluded area and there you go.

The closest thing to Hot Coffee is the old boring hooker sex, also present in GTAIII and San Andreas.

There would be no "activating" of "sex mode" in Vice City. There was a mini-game in San Andreas which enabled the player to have sex. This was disabled by R*, but a mod was released to unlock it.

It was not in Vice City. I'm sure if you asked a modder, they'd create some kind of animation script for sex lol

Well there IS sex only you don't actualy see anything special well here's a littel guide for it

1: Wait till it's night
2: Get a car and have more than 10.000 in money
3:Find the "lady"
4:Slowly park the car near her she will talk to you and get in
5:Every second you will lose 1$ so fast go to place with no people (best to go to airport or beach)
6:Stop the car and wait till the car will start shaking



You will gain HP till it reaches 125 even if your max is 100
