I think the wheels should use the same rims that are used by the default Grand Marquis. It would look unrealistic to have aluminum rims on the Crown Vic while the Chevy Impalas have their black ones. The lightbar you have in the current screenshot looks appropriate, so I vote that you keep it. It would even be easier if you used the black hub caps, for you wouldn't have to keep struggling with the poly count. Perhaps you can release two versions with different wheels to satisfy us all ?

awsome cruiser! just one thing sadly the EML Light mod makes other police cars lights not flash when you got chased by them your self. Will that be fixed:)?

Ford Crown Victoria 2003 is already out for GTA IV, this is just police mod

As stated above, ELM mod is not the work of chasez, and I heard it elsewhere that it will not be used for this CV.
Since ELM has a...well, sort of a bug that can't be fixed atm

They are included in model. They just use taxi light option in simple trainer to turn on.
