| QUOTE (chasez @ Monday, Jul 25 2011, 05:39) | looks pretty weird when the inner headlight is turned on all the time. Maybe I can make it as a headlight that turns on with the headlight/at night and turn signal will stay the same. All that I will have to do is to saturate tose lights (that will be a bit hard when the texture is white).
what do you think? |
u say inner headlight, u mean the inner parking/turn indicator ?! cause the inner amber lights arent headlights, only parking and turn signal. Dunno how it really loox weird, its just like the pic u have, only it is more amber color and not as bright. How about this All the pix I have seen now, NY CV taxi, the above pic is based on cars in motion in the day time (pic below) so we know if they had DRL they'd be on. I think they might disable this on some fleet cars, or theirs anyway See no lights on BUT u can see the lightest tinge of amber from the bulb inside the light assembly.. I would guess u could just find a good balance to paint the texture or whatever a light to medium amber, but not actually have to make the light turn on till night .. Can u do this tho, is it possible u can contrast/sharpen up the other lights in front so they appear more clear like the ones in the above pic, instead of looking like they're years old and foggy ? I know the CV parking lights include the inner and outer amber lights, dunno if DRL is also these 2 together. If nothing else, just make them come on at night and make them flash together for turn signals ? This post has been edited by Costar on Tuesday, Jul 26 2011, 16:33
