try runnin compactabilatie mode goto the gta exe right mouse and see the compact abilities try somethings and maybe it ll work or try running it it administrator if this doesnt work for u i dont know what the problem is

well for one you had like 7 windows opend up when you tried to run it and the amount of clutter on your destop is amazing. Aslo is this the windows vista version of the game? if its not that might be the issue got the same warnign with aoe3 dled the vista patch after that it worked fine.

also a fresh download and install might work o you never know with vista turn.gif
