I got Yusuf's car shortly before the final mission. It may have even been immediately before so I don't know what unlocks it but it's not necessarily the final mission.
I'm sure the triathlon races probably count towards 100% too.
I've done everything on this list (plus the triathlons) except for the friend activities and I'm not even at 80% yet so I'm sure getting the "like" from your friends up to 100% and doing all the activities with them counts, especially since that counted on the other 2.
The club management is another one that has to count. I've done about 5 of them, I'd like to know how many I need to do.
Dancing is another one, I danced and hooked up with the girl at Maisonette 9 but I haven't done the dance at Hercules yet. They probably count too.

Yep, dancing successfully at both clubs gives 1.43%, I have the bbcode ready to add.
I'm doing the friend activities right now, and after that I'm going to check out the Triathlon races. I've already done 3 but haven't had any percentage increase.
You start off in a helicopter and the first part is parachuting into the boat, the boat is the second part until you drive to the beach and get into a car.
Chute/boat/car, that's the "tri" in "triathlon".
I think I have everything on the list and I'm sitting at 85% and the only thing I can think of is the stupid club management missions. I really can't see them being a full 15% though.
Edit again: my 6th Club Management mission put me at 90%. I may do a few more. Either 6 is the cap on the CM missions or you get 5% for every 2 or 3. The other thing I wanna do is get Armando and Henrique to 100%. I've done all the activities but percentage-wise I could do more with them.

I hit 100%. I have 3% to go re: Armando like (though I did hit 100% with Henrique) so that isn't required as I hit 100% with Armando at 97%. The final thing I had to do to put me at 100% was the Club Management missions. Hitting 6 gave me a 5% boost to 95% and hitting 8 (which seems to be the end of them) is what put me at 100%.
Am I the first one to finish the game?
I think I may try to do the other 25 Drug Wars missions to get like a true 100% but yeah, I officially hit it.

Does anyone know the exact spawn location of the APC in singleplayer. I have shot all 50 seagulls and I can't find the APC anywhere.
Another thing is that I did 20 drug wars and there are no weapons at my safehouse. Could this have something to do with that I haven't completed a lot of missions yet??
