Thanks to aru for extracting the locations and adamcs for the screenshots.
And if you want to make getting all 50 seagulls even easier, try the dedicated seagull hunting guide. It guides you through all 50 locations in a sensible order, with screenshots of every location and keeps track of your progress as you go. Registered users can even leave the page and go back later and the guide will remember your progress.

Very helpful and cool. But my computer and 360 are not on the same level so I don't want to keep walking up and down the stairs every time I need to find a seagull. D: So is there a non-interactive map?
You could always make it into a non-interactive map by printing it out. If you click the icon, the map will go into fullscreen mode so you can print just the map without the GTA4.net layout.
just got all of them easily. the best part is the checklist. that's the part that has gotten me in the past - either not keeping a checklist or getting confused with my list.
Nice work with this. I've found about 3 seagulls so far on my own, since I'm trying to get through some of the missions first, but when I come around to doing this I'll definitely use this if I need any help. Props to all who helped out with the map and well done to adamcs for the screenshots.
In the Episodes From Liberty City version of The Ballad of Gay Tony the Armor Pickup in the Fortside district of Bohan - the one usually on the dock between the Northwood Heights Bridge and the E/B line train bridge is NOT there. Maybe it's there in the DLC version, but definitely missing in the EFLC version.
That Armor Pickup is there in the EFLC version of The Lost and Damned, just not in Ballad of Gay Tony. You may want to double check me on your copy of EFLC then make a note on the map. Hope it's not just my copy.
