Well, i finally got Gta Iv, i've been searching around a very long time, and doesnt seems to im the only with the error : WS10 also Xnetstartup , ive did everything what they said in different forums
-Updating Directx
-Updating Patch from Rockstargames
-Downloaded Service Pack 3
i really need help on how to fix this, it came up when i : Open LaunchGtaIV / GtaIV.exe and it goes into social club, then i press skip login and PLAY, then exactly when iv is going to pop up, the error comes up. It is pretty annoying since i really want to try it on PC, because i already have on playstation 3, what i wanted to is to try the mods on pc since it aint available on PS3
