Sorry if i'm posting a dead topic but i really need this.

I have (downloaded) the patch 1.0.2.0 of GTA IV
I do the installation step by step and my GTA IV runs normally, but when i start the game, no one welcome text appears, so i can't spawn peds, vehicles and do nothing with this tool, what i'm doing wrong?
