Well, I think Bigfoot quit, and the conversion for IV also quit.
Btw, I tried the first version for IV ingame. The rear light setup is very incorrect. If someone continues on this I hope they fix that as well. (:

im down but not out, I still have Chasez work, he's been through a lot of pain with this model I realized when I attempted to get in GTA4, what the hell am i doing what a sloppy work...i got burned out. So my external drive decided to change drive letter and killed all my texture links

I am intending to finish the car....as soon i get my LTD in more advance state..

Thank you for sharing these! I'm on it making them.
I started converting the 1991 a while ago, as I stated earlier. I will also convert the 1993 again.
Making civil, taxi and police.

Are you gonna convert the 1993 as well?
Yeah. I will do civil, taxi and police of the civil as well! If I can even accomplish it; I will try to make it a 1993 LT1.

When is the release?
Pretty soon though I'm thinking to release it along with the 1993 police Caprice.
Currently I'm in the stage of modeling NYPD equipment with help from a good forum mate ''Gatekeeper'' who worked for the NYPD the '90s and knows all about it.

Damn, the livery is wip and I was hoping no one would notice... Curse you!
Anyhow, yeah those things will be added. I'll release this car as LCPD (NYPD model ofc) and add the NYPD liveries in the WinRAR file as well.
To your liveries, yeah saw 'em a long time ago. Very impressive!
Further, any problems with the body? The exterior is done. I'm gonna model NYPD equipment now and add it then the 1991 is done.
