Really? I clearly see some mods here. Speedhack - I mean handling.cfg was definately edited. Just look at that Diablo Stallion.

I think that it is indeed possible to destroy Catalina's heli with a sniper rifle. So far I've only confirmed M16 and Rocket Launcher.

Yes, M16 (about 4 clips if I remember correctly) can destroy a Helicopter, both the Police one, and the Catalina's one (since they are pretty much the same vehicle).

I'll test if I can destroy it with a sniper rifle.

Nope, you can't do it with a sniper rifle. I tried it, you'll run out of time, and no damage is caused. Only M16 or Rocket Launcher. The "one shot to destroy a helicopter" method doesn't work on III, only from VC onwards.

I know that in Vice City you can take down a Police Helicopter with the sniper rifle by aiming at the rotors but I'm not sure if that's possible in GTA III, much less Catalina's one.
