avarage for me is 37 FPS, 60 at most and 17 at lowest

Hehe 9800gt is really cheap atm, i know its not "Top of the line" but it still kick ass.

Gigabyte GV N98TOC-1GI

A question for the ammo cap mod:

Would it be possible to make it so that the player could buy the bag while at the gun shop, and then when he has a lot of ammo, he runs at the speed of carrying a heavy weapon? I like the game to be hard and I don't want mods that give you things without a balance, so this type of system would be awesome!

The problem with the taxi models is that I wouldn't have a clue how to turn a non-taxi vehicle into a taxi

This ini controls all my mods,
if there is an update for a mod though you have to add the lines by yourself
