umm i think he means that when ever you use one of your mods automatically the armor mod enables and it kinda get annoying.........yes i have and am experiencing this (Invisible, Autotunewell thats all i have tried XD) so besides that ure mods ARE O-SUM (pronounce like it is spelt )

No sound effects!
No console customize!

just normal slowdown

Just an idea I would love it !!!!!!!!!

I'd like to see a slo-mo mod done the way Nerdook did it for this mod. That mod has a serious crashing problem with the mission aspect of it though, so I don't use it anymore. At the moment it doesn't look like there's going to be an update.

The way it works with Nerdook's is that you have a 'rage meter' on the bottom left of your screen that shows up whenever you hit/kill someone. It shows a skull and a number between 0 and 50 (which is the maximum allowed), which increases the more enemies you kill.

When you enter a rage by pressing the TAB key, you get a little bit of health regeneration when it's active (not so much it's unbalanced but it does help) and your rage meter empties.

It's very balanced IMO. With 50 points you have quite some time to do stuff but it's not that you're in slo-mo for a full minute or more. I think you lose about 2.5 points a second (second in slo-mo)...

Could you make something like this? I don't care much about the health regeneration.

I know about the slo-mo mod from HippyCommunist, which works just fine, but the way Nerdook did it makes it feel a lot less like cheating.

Yes i thought it would be easy for any Modder hehe

Yes HippieCommunist`s mod is the best so far, but it needs to be updated to 1.0.4 i think....
Its true u can press T and its normal slowdown without floating objects, but it doesnt allways work
Its like the slow wich makes Niko runs faster while in slow, it intefers with the normal slow down...

EDIT: i just tried HippieCommunist`s bullettime again, and it seemed like one of my other MODS interfered with bullettime.
but i would still like adjustable speed option and cancel time for only slowdown without float.

I would have to agree with groeneweg
A Mod like Nerdocks would be great cause it would feel less cheaty
But i still wish to have options turning things on and off and adjustable slow speed and time.

Here some other ideas:

A Car shop (like Vehicle Selector by C06alt)

But u would have to drive to a certain point ingame to buy Car
Maybe make Car, Boat and Heli Shop at different points ingame, would be sweet!
And...u could go to LPCD department and purchase Police Vehicles...

A working Chop Shop

But only the cars with custom parts should be "moddable", maybe add nitro again like SA for fun and kicks ? could be optionable.
The chop shop could work together with car shop maybe....

More agressive driving peds

Picture this: I try to carjack someone, i open door, ped slams the door back in and immediately step on the gas making it harder for me to steal the car.

Sit & Lie Down

Well, a simple mod for sitting and lying down (like the hoboes on streets)

Got more ideas comming xD

I am working on the car shop, I had worked on it long ago and got all the spawn points but I gave up on it
But I seem to have some features working now
I've just gotta fix some bugs, add some functions and find out how to delete an area of cars
