That screenshot with GTA IV's Buffalo looks ugly becouse of ENB.
Depth of field is bluring things too close, and SSAO effects look just terrible in the distance, you should read ENBSeries documentation my friend, and optimize it.

that will require lots of pain in the ass zmodeling... but i think its more than possible.
still even if i knew how to do that i wouldnt... replacing models one by one just to detach fingers is pointless. after all youre not playing a game for its graphics.

Some of your retextures look pretty nifty, the billboards for example. You really, really should make your own characters though. It's a while since I've been in this here forums and seeing my old HD Tommy skin so blatantly stolen is not very nice to say the least. Oh look, his face not only replaces Luigi's anymore, but some pedestrians' face too. So it'll serve as a base for all NPC's in the game? How about no. sorry, but i use only a few things from your skin
and i think that your skin is really hd, i cant find better, but if you dont want, that i use parts of your head texture, just write it in a reply
oh and the difference between the old peds and the new peds not only the texture

I have been watching this for a while. Someone posted a link to this in another forum. I'm really glad that you are making a mod like this. GTA 3 and Vice City are my faves.
