Nice idea but too much blur for me
You can't really see the sharpness & quality of textures. Besides of that You can force game to use AA in graphic's card drivers.

I forgot. Who said that GTA4 have super graphic? It hasn't got good textures, lags (Crysis with these textures would run at 200fps lol) and doesn't have AA
What game doesn't support AA these days? ... (only that crap)

Why does people always complain GTA IV have no AA? You can just turn off sharpness, and it looks blurry. And GTA IV use good textures.
When Crysis was out, nearly no many could run it and now good actual PC's can run it smoothly. If you have a good PC you can run GTA IV great.
My PC is old and i get up to 25 FPS (1280x1024, everything low except textures, they are on middle).

but how you made blur i think this is ENB series and if this is ENB pls show sone pic withnout ENB turn on, ENB dont work on old grafic cards (like my one :-) )

This mod's is lookin good.But anone knows how to change graphicks from gta 3 to higher cuz i can only use 640x640 and 16 bit and it sucks ass anyone can help me?

set the compatibility windows 98, set the resolution, but dont load or start game. quit, and turn off the compatibility. run the game.
