About what trailer it is i believe it (as i see it) will be a trailer for Episodes of Liberty City... It does say "Featuring The Ballad Of Gay Tony".

So my guessing is that it will be a full lenght trailer for TBoGT and then in the end it will say that it's comming this October 29th as a stand alone download or a part of the Episodes of LC also containing TLAD.
