I can tell right away what's wrong here:
The Liberty Jam is encoded at 44.1Khz, 16bit, which is WRONG, the PC version of GTAIII uses 32Khz, 4bit, that's why the file size is so damn big for what it is, also, if sourced from the PS2 version, that to is 32Khz, so there is no need to force the frequency at a higher level as you're not going to get any more quality and in fact making the quality worse as some converters try and fill in the space and it gives a "dulled" effect.
Fresh 105 is again 44.1Khz MP3, if sourced from the PS2 then it should be 32Khz frequency, again, degrading the quality by forcing it into a higher frequency and THEN compressing it with MP3 leaves some un-needed artifacts.
All in all, good effort, but this kind of work should be done properly, especially if you expect people to download, you've made a Wave file FOUR times larger than it needed to be and made an MP3 sound worse than what it should be.
