A little weapon idea:

You know how when you soot with silenced weapons, people run away same was as if it did produce a loud sound? I think it would be cool if only NPC's who saw you shoot OR who saw your target getting shot run away. But other people (except maybe the ones in very close proximity of something like 2 meters) who didn't see a thing would continue doing what they were doing. I think this could bring a new gameplay element, might even end up as having a stealth in the game. Plus, we already have a lot of modeled silenced weapons.

A trainer which doesn't require you to have a keyboard with numlock to access all the features.
(Personally; I just want to be able to spawn a couple of vehicles, pedestrians and assign tasks to peds, like dancing or playing saxophone )

I have tried searching for a mod like this with no success.

I would like a mod where you are the hooker, you have a hooker model and you walk around and strut your stuff or something and you earn money, it should show the animations etc. Im not sure if this is possible but it would be kinda cool.

I would like a script That is similar to rappo's bodyguard mod
but works more like the persuadertron from the syndicate games using the handgun as the persuadertron with my persuadertron sound from the original game,
also i would like to spawn with 3 custom peds (the same model!) so i always have a squad unit of just like syndicate, this seems like a small script to create? for my EFLC
as you may have guess im making a full syndicate wars mod .with full city re texture and models..

there are other things i would like too like the gas flame effect coming from my flamer model like the flame tank mod did.& the little birds minigun effect damage/sound for my minigun model .

Hey. First of all thanks to all modders/scripters/modelers etc for bringing a bit more realism to GTA.
I'm a hardcore realism fan. One thing that really bugs me, is that I can't drive to a mission with my car 'cause I'm always scared I won't have it anymore after the mission.

Example: Mission Rigged to Blow

You take your car, drive to the spot where the TNT-Truck is parked, you park your car next to it. Now you take that truck, drive to that garage and blow it up. Mission accomplished. Fine.
Now it would be cool you could take a cab that takes you to the spot where you left your car and IT'S STILL THERE.

Am I the only one who is pissed off because of this?
btw. I never ever will use a trainer or something to just spawn it. Nope.

I am in need of a simple script for the mod im building for TBOGT,

Similar to one of the bodyguards mods ,but i want to be able to recruit passing ped in to bodyguards by shooting them with the Desert Eagle.

why because i have modded a eagle with a syndicate persuadertron (sound included) and modded the weapons to inflict zero damage.

pls help
ps if it will affect all of the eagles in game including the ones peds use against me then i will prefer to use the Pistol .44 (AMP Automag Model 180) AS its more unlikly to be used by peds.

Now, first off, I'd like to say that if there was somebody out there who could give me coding lessons, I'd greatly appreciate it and I'd most likely try to make this mod myself but anyways, here we go:

I'd like to help create a Graffiti-Mod for GTA: IV.
Now since I don't know much about coding, the only way I could contribute to the project is by telling you guys what we'd need in this mod.

Basically, I was thinking of a simple mod where you can walk up to a wall and leave a piece/throw-up/tag there.
It would also be kind of nice that if anybody saw you, they MIGHT call the police.
And sometimes, the police could show up without a call or anything.

Well, I think creating something like this is already hard enough (animations, code, whatever) but if somebody would help me get this far, we could go further:

Crews
Subway Backjumps
Respect
etc...

I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here and I don't expect anything but hey, if there's somebody out there who'd like to help me... let me know.

I just wish someone will make a mod so that we can have chase music...similar to LA Noire.
It could be when the radio is off and you are chasing someone during a mission or escaping the cops and a fitting/selected theme would play...like LA Noire which had no radio and instead background music.

I just wish that there could be something fitting for a chase if there is nothing on the radio.

I don't know if this will be possible as I have no knowledge in modding.

my request is for a script that will remove the head of npcs and spawn blood clouds/spurts when they are shot with a powerful enough weapon or run over by a car

the 'first person view' mod that has been available for a while removes the head from the player model when it is enabled, is this something available to all character models? if so, then the mod i am requesting should be relatively easy (hopefully?)

that is the main idea, but taking the idea further -

-removal of limbs in the same way if possible,
-deletion of entire npc models in explosions and replacing them with gibs (according to random chance)

but the main idea is head explosions through removal of the head after large hits using the same technique in the 'first person view' mod (http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2635)

How about movie style stunts, such as rolling a car multiple times?

I've recently been wanting a script that would, with a push of a button, turn a car to a 90 degree angle while maintaining its velocity, and therefore roll it over multiple times. SimpleNative can turn a car 90 degrees, but it also stops the vehicle dead. Is this something that the game engine does, that's beyond our control or can that be disabled? I did a search but didn't see any topics related to this.
