Grand Theft Auto SA cannot find Audio card install

I can't start up GTA SA

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 24, 2009	This has been a big problem for me ever since I got a new Audio card. I never got it to fully work, because I never found the correct drivers. Not only that but I can't start up GTA if anyone can help me please, PLEASE respond

Group: Moderators Joined: Apr 20, 2006	Have you tried reinstalling the game and deleting the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder? If not, do it. Which Operating System are you on?

Shoot Looters, Hang Pirates! Group: Members Joined: Dec 25, 2006	Presume that you have played the game without problems before the new Audio? Also, You didn't say: Are you playing the game with the Original DVD in the DRive? Are you playing a downloaded game, from? Are you trying to play the game from a Hard Drive without the DVD using a no-cd program/crack? Are you using a 'backup' copy or firends copy?
