and during step 8, when edit vehicles.ide, why not put the now car's line in "car" group, under yankee? | as long as vehicles.img not corrupted it should work. if you add a new line after yankee and you have bikes in your park(saved) before you add car it will be shifted once/so. so when you load game again you will see your zombie being replaced. you can try it though, but if you often disable/enable this maybe your savegame can be corrupted. that's why i place it at the the end

yeah, you can't play bowling didn't know why. but i dont see glitches. maybe it drop performance becouse you add more vehicle and a hi-res one. |
I have found a way to fix this this happens because GTA IV gives each model a ID as it loads it so when you add a new model other models get a different ID so the only way to fix this to make sure that the added model is the last to be loaded so all the other models get the original number. how to fix itTo fix it you have to first create your own ide file call it what ever you what Ex:mycars (to create a ide just create a txt file and change .txt to .ide) your ide should look like this make sure you put your new ide in | CODE | | Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data |
now open the gta.dat go down to the end add this | CODE | | IDE common:/data/youridefilename.ide |
you gta.dat should look like this | CODE | IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BROOK_S3.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/QUEENS_E.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/QUEENS_M.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/QUEENS_W.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/QUEENS_W2.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_W.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_W2.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_E.IPL IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_E2.IPL

now just add cars the normal way but instead of the vehicles.ide use your ide add the cars between cars and end | CODE | cars crx, crx, car, CRX, BLISTA, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_LE1_RI1, 100, 999, 0.2272, 0.2272, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, sports end | sorry I forgot about tdxpaftar cars end add tdxp end the tdxp is there to make sure that the game find all the needed txds when adding a new car make sure to add this between tdxp and end | CODE | tdxp carwtdname, vehshare end |
