It says, that the third trailer came out in 2007, for the PC.
Now it's the same, I think that R* let check the 2 trailers now, to show them on the gamescom in a few weeks. It will be nothing new.

I would really like to think that The Lost and Damned is coming to the PC, yet I won't be all happy thinking this information is true. I prefer to wait for an official release hehe. Then I don't get disappointed.

Anyway I always thought that Microsoft would like to port these DLCs to the PC. They own LIVE, and most players out there started using LIVE only for GTA IV. Just check their profiles, what other games do they have? Exactly, none apart from IV. The PC and Microsoft are pretty much tied together, and if they sell on the 360 and PC at the same time, they receive more money. However if they let the sales go to PS3, they will lose money.

Microsoft is always looking for $$$, and this DLC deal was made to prevent Sony to gain more money with GTA IV. It's a console war out there lol, do you really think they would pay that amount of money to make the DLCs not available on the PC and PS3? Course not, they made that to prevent Sony from winning this little battle over GTA IV.

I have a feeling the DLCs pack will come to the PC aswell. And if that's true, I will buy it, no doubt about it.

This sort of thing happens all the time. Some low-level web designer carelessly lists multiple platforms on their site and everyone gets a boner over it.

It happens all the time. If you read gaming blogs like Kotaku and Joystiq you will remember several examples.

Ultimately you have to look at the situation and weigh two distinct possibilities:

#1: Some random web designer from Germany is the first person in the world to break a story involving a $50,000,000 exclusive deal for an entry to a franchise that is currently the biggest in video gaming.

#2: Same random web designer f*cked up and listed PC and/or PS3 by mistake.

Which one is more likely?

Well to be fair to others here the first indications that GTA 4 was coming to the PC was from the ESRB classifications website. I think they had GTA 4 on their site nearly a month before it was officially announced for the PC. Now I am not saying that the German classification site has leaked information on the DLC early for the PC. I am just saying that history has shown that rating boards know long before we do and sometimes f*ck up.

However I don't believe in this case that it is evidence the DLC is coming to the PC YET. I do believe the PC will get the DLC, it is my belief that MS will want to prop up it's crappy GFWL service as best it can and one of the cheap ways of doing that will be to release the DLC on the PC. However they will only do that after they are convinced the lost and damned is of no use to the 360 anymore.

I'll wait for an actual source that I've heard of to report this. I mean, it's not exactly the first time that a random website has reported that the Lost and Damned will be ported to other platforms.
However, the ratings does give it something more to stand on than most other articles.

No its not fake. There stands "Prüfdatum" it means the date when THEY from USK Checked the rating. And for the 3rd Trailer or whatever you looked at it was 07.

There stands that they cheked the 2 Trailer at the 29.07.2009. few days ago.
Rating for the Trailer is 16. System PC.

No.
They would if they will only publish the lost and damned for PC.
I think they will sell the liberty city episodes for all consoles because, its not exclusive for anyone, its more easy than order it through the internet and download it and it pays good .
If its wrong than just no, i dont think they will...

No, I would rather say it's coming to PC. The gamescom opens from Aug. 20th - 23th and they gonna show one or two trailers of TLAD for the PC, so I think it's gonna be released around christmas
