It's definitely Arial, MS changed some parts of the font to stop it from being exactly like Helvetica. Thanks for the help, but i kind of found out.

From the look of the letters I would say Eurostile Bold (from Linotype)
as for the align, write every letter separately.

You could use Arial Black for exclusive and Arial Bold for features, the only thing is that C and S have some changes.
