I know there's no confirmation message when you activate it but even when i go shoot peds, their limbs don't blow off. Did they take this cheat out of the xbox version?

There is no "extra gore mode" cheat, however there is a "gore mode" cheat.

last time I used this it really just made heads pop off on xbox. I dont remember it doing arms or legs.
