my game crashed when it launched with all 1.7.8 version
My OS is window 7 and game version is 1040

At least 1.7.7 works fine for me

however, it got loads of glitches like some texture is missing

I prefer the 1.7.5 version. It is the most stable version

You guys propably just failed to install it correctly then, because its working perfectly fine for me. I have Windows 7, and no problems at all.
You propably just need to have good PC to run the game so if you guys don't have good specs, dont expect anything else happen, than CTD.

I fixed the problem ! .. if the game crashes then remove your savegame and everything is gonna be okey

No,Just remove the settings file.
