hi everyone, some time ago i tryed to add hq texture to player.img and my game crashed cause only one texture was big, so if you have the same problem, here is solucion:

I scaled all cj torso clothes (shirts, jackets, hoddys, etc) and pants (shorts, camos, jeans etc.) to 512x512, (other clothes like cj face textures, shoes, watches, chains etc. dont need it)
So i give you link for scaled player.img cause is a lot of work to do that. If you use it to your mod just write: THANX TO sokol_janow FOR HELP - thats all, and you got permission

Known problem


when you loading, starting new game - you get just a black screen. there is one way how to solve it:
Well, GTA3.IMG must have bigger than original gta3.img's. This mean that your gtasa MUST BE MODDED. The easiest way to get it work is MODIFYING to make gta3.img's size bigger. If you have "clear" gta I advise you to install a big mod (such as SRT3).

Well i think resized is good as well, but HD would be AWESOME !

thanx guys, My mod "Gangs of LS" should include HQ clothes 4 CJ, but this are standard clothes scaled only.

Yes,this is not work! you need to install SRT3 Then its work!

Yes , but i have made a long time ago an 1024x1024 player.img for me .
But i dosn't found it , but i know that i have it .

We're only making 1024* textures.
