 [GTA1] Weird problem with heights

I'm creating a map based on Miami with Junction25 beta 2 (3D version). Modyfing blocks is time-consuming even with brush tool or CTRL+C and CTRL+V.

I have only created a circumference of main road. Everything is OK but not at all...

When I arrive to the right side of the map by car or on foot, GTA 1 crashes or hangs up. It seems that there is more levels of roads. I checked it - all roads, grasses and pavements are on level 0 and directions + vehicles setting on level 1.

There is next issue - .cmp file size grows when I even restore standard blocks.
