well thats the rough shape not sure if im going to do the rally with the wide wheel arches or just basic
if anyone would like to help with good textures or photos of the escort mk1 it would save me loads of work

yeh i spend a whole 40 mins on this car so far in sketchup. its not been smoothed' chamford or anything that would be used in max .so once i get the whole car roughly shaped ill then start smoothing it and adding details

You would do master pieces if you worked in any other program. sketchup isn't just for that kind of stuff ph34r.gif

It looks awesome for Sketchup smile.gif Still I see some vertexes that aren't connected, like at the top of the light and in the bonnet, watch those out

yeh sorry folks as usual im getting away ahead with myself texturing and i aint even finished modelling
here without textures once i start adding more polys and smoothing i hope itll actually look like car without textures

How do you know? you never worked with sketchup, btw i made some awsome and realistic cars with sketchup, 3dsmax isnt always a good option becouse some ppl just dont feel confortable with it wink.gif

had some spare time today, so did a little more reshaping on the escort
happy with a few sections but i need to tidy many sections= detail

i need some help cant find a good O to copy does anyone no the correct font for FORD name on bonnet ??
not the curly font the other bold 1 in capitals.....
