try to keep a distance, you are able to see explosions from very far !

Don't worry about FPS drop, it will only happen when you are very close to car explosions
I have been using it for a while now on my sucky pc, and there's no major FPS difference.

Well, i think its not bad but, i think it lacks some realism.

For example, the explosion... its kinda "Die Hard" style... the explosions looks 3 times bigger than they should be. I exploded a bike and the fire looks like a gas station blowing up.


The SPARKS, too big.. and they look really bad imo when you have a broken tire. Looks like a commet.



Also the catridge is kinda big too.

And i tihnk the rest is pretty good, it dosnt lag my pc much.. and my pc is crap.

I like the blood, pretty gore.

i'm glad you guys like them a little

Well yes the car/bikes explosions is kinda big, i made them like this cause you see this explosion too much in the game
if i made it small, it will look similar to rockets/grenades.
and i made it in a way that it wont look the same always, from far view distance it will look kinda different

fuel tanks explosion at gas stations look smaller at the moment, huge fireball style

theres a bigger explosion btw try blowing up helis/planes, i want to make it look like a nuke later

i will try to tweak the sparks and gun shell soon

The main idea of the mod is to be (too much), alot of good realistic effects has been made already
but i'm not sure if this is a good idea or no lol

I'm sorry dude, i can't at the moment .
But hey, effects mod's have easy installation:

Just download the file.
extract, and go to GTA San Andreas\models
backup your current effects(effects.fxp/effectsPC.txd), and then replace them with the files you downloaded
if you don't like them just restore your old effects Piece of cake !

Edit: did you guys like the new muzzle effect ?
simply type (iojufzn and foooxft) for a fast presentation of the effects

maybe u can give permission to the public to make a promo vid man also u really have to scale those explosions a bit smaller, it'll make them more realistic

You were right, the look extreme but not reallistic. They seem to be reallistic in pics, but in videos...

@[SAK*]KING_OF_SA: i have seen some bugs in the videos i'm trying to fix them at the moment, thanks for pointing them out, anyway it's still an early version there's still alot to do, thanks dude !

i may do a realistic and extreme versions, i still wanna do some effects like smoke trails and such
