IMO it's tied with IV. IV is deep, great for role playing, and has wonderful physics, but CW is cozy, and has lots of features.

I don't really like CTW, but i play it just so i can drive like a maniac and listen to DJ Khalil, Alchemist, Deadmau5 or Anvil.

Well, CTW is not my favorite GTA so far, but its interactive gameplay (NDS).... i'll say it's impressive
