The only ones that will follow you around, besides some actors during missions, are the bodyguards that become available in the sitting room of the Vercetti Mansion after you reach 100%.
These will follow you after you enter the sphere in front of them.

The closest you can get is this... use the peds have guns cheat and the chicks follow you around cheat--- you will get a pretty large gang of women following you around who will defend you if you are attacked.
It's a shame Mike & Useless don't stay with you upon deliberately failing the mission Bar Brawl, because they will serve for you and act as your bodyguard. They simply.. disappear into thin air right in front of your eyes if you let the timer on the mission go to zero.
you need to be 100% to do this you fool FOOL I AM 100% AND I KNOW YOU SHOUNLD START PLAYING NEWDIE game to gta3
You need to calm down mate. Not everybody has acheived 100% in this game, and it's prefectly logical to wonder how you can obtain bodyguards if you haven't got that far into the game.
Also, try not to bump topics adding nothing worthwhile to it.

sometimes when i wanna have a little gang war, i go pick up a car with 4 seats and then use the "hopingirl" cheat to drive my gangsters to any place for some fights .
