I just thought of a few extra characters who could make an appearance in Liberty City Chronicles: - Jermaine Andrews: A 16-year-old (32 at the time of GTA IV) member of Money Over Bullsh*t. He works for a Pay 'N' Spray in Gibson Street, Broker during the time of Grand Theft Auto IV. He is also believed to be involved in several low priority hijackings in the South Broker area.
- Javier, Jesus & Jose Trunchez: Three brothers and members of the Spanish Lords. They take control of the Triangle Club in Bohan after Dwayne gets put inside. Niko then kills them, thus relinquishing the control of the club back to Dwayne, in GTA IV.
- Lyle Rivas: The older brother of Tom Rivas (AKA "French Tom") and ex-member of the Spanish Lords. He is a mechanic and a fence for stolen cars, and also has ties to illegal street racing. Lyle would be 14 at the time of Liberty City Chronicles.
- Willy Valerio: A member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers (co-leader in 2008). Valerio is said to be trying to expand the gang's drug dealing horizons but is having serious trouble due to African-American gangsters in the area. He would be 14 at the time of Liberty City Chronicles.
- Teddy Benavidez: Another member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. He is co-leader, alongside Willy Valerio, in 2008. He is killed by Niko Bellic on the orders of Ray Boccino in GTA IV. Teddy lives in an apartment block in East Holland, Algonquin on the 23rd floor. He is two years younger than Willy and would be 12 at the time of Liberty City Chronicles.
- Alonso Gomez: Yet another member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. He may be killed by Niko Bellic during the mission "A Long Way To Fall" though it is completely optional. He would only be 7 during Liberty City Chronicles though, so may not be a good candidate.
- Oscar Gomez: Alonso's older brother and another member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. He is embroiled in the world of illegal street fighting alongside Luis Fernando Lopez. He is said to be very concerned with his brother's connection in the criminal world. He is three years older than his brother, making him 10 at the time of Liberty City Chronicles.

Yeah I like them I'll add some of them but a major reason I didn't put alot of characters from IV in here as opposed to completely original characters is because some of the characters in IV I just don't think would have played major roles in a Dwayne story from the 90s or were even relevant in the 90s. With the new characters I created I was able to have completely new people who have links to certain characters who showed up in IV without having to be tied down to actually having the charcters from IV be there just to be there.

I understand what you mean. Though I'm sure a few characters can make minor appearances here and there. I'm not expecting you to populate your story with younger versions of GTA IV's cast because that would be stupid and rather boring, to be frank. I like the direction you've taken this though.
Can you expect to see some visual changes to Liberty City? How much different could we expect it to be? | Yeah certain characters will be in the actual game but the people with bios are playing vital roles in the game and appear quite often. There's a reason Playboy X doesn't have a bio. He's vocal to Dwayne's story but in my plans he doesn't appear ofen in the game except about 6 times. Also to be blunt LC will look almost identical to LC circa 2008 except it'll be a lot grittier, alot of buildings won't be constructed yet while others will be constructed that weren't in IV as they were demolished. Star Junction will look alot different the Star Junction in IV. I'm going to have some visual representations later on but to give you an idea it will be full of porn shops, strip clubs, hookers, drug dealers, pimps and overall skum just like how Times Square really was in the mid 80s to mid 90s.
