[WIP] Peterbilt 379 2005

American Fanatic Group: Members Joined: Dec 5, 2005	Hi. After the Lincoln here's my 2nd project...a Peterbilt 379 2005!! I have started this thing a long time ago. Victor Ding has sent me this truck in plain condition. I have overworked the sleeper cab, side windows, inside sleeper cab, dashboard setup, making the entire engine and hood compartment, all the stripes and lettering, overworked mirrors and added new ones and so on. I have to continue the engine and make much more details on the chassis and 5th wheel. I know what i'm talking about...I'm a trucker and i drive this thing every day!! The truck was in ZModeler2 so i will continue it with ZMod2. I hope to have less trouble than my Lincoln with Zmodeler2!! So here's the pics... enjoy and comments.

It is not modeled yet. The front is started and the valve covers and alternator is done. The fan is done but not shown yet for viewing porpose. Take a look and enjoy

Homie Group: Members Joined: Mar 20, 2007	Dont use too many polygons for those cylinders, the smaller they are the less polysteps should be there. Small screws, cables and stuff also look good with 5 sides. Thats what Ive notice on your Lincoln, you can easily save polies there without losing details. The cars still great ofcourse Your engine mesh looks more optimized, nice.

Or just do a square plane with an screw-texture on it and an alpha, which makes it 'round'..

Looks very nice, I'd like to see how it looks ingame when it's finished.
