I'd like to model custom peds for GTA SA but I don't know what program should I use for modeling peds. Does anybody know any free programs for doing this? I've heard that 3DS MAX is a good program but it cost like 1000€ !!!

I assure you it`s better to kindly ask or request for something, not writing "I WANT such and such mod".
