No, I did not make it. Original author was Mad Penguin Productions in his IV Peds to SA pack. I just though I'd go through the trouble of finding Mallorie.

I have a request for a mod, I only request because I fail to achieve it. I would like a mod that adds in lots of new neon lights around the city on lots of other buildings, from big neons to small neons.

I went around the city, and I marked out where I want the neon lights to go. But due to not being able to get my head around it and failing all the while, I thought I would ask here and see if anybody is interested in getting it done for me.

There's lots and lots of neon I want, so I went around and took screen shots of the buildings I want neon on and in paint I marked out the placing for the lights. The colour of the paint is the colour I want the neon to be. On some images I have made notes about the light...but if anyone takes up this request then I have no problems going through the light placements with them. I have divided up the lights in sets...there are 5 sets....Set one covers the bottom half of the right hand side island and set two the top half. Set three covers the top half of the left island and set four does Haiti and the Cuban turf. Set five does the bridges.

We could discuss it over PM's or something. If there's anything that doesn't look right or think could be changed then I'm open to talk about it...there are a couple of parts I'm still thinking about.

Anyway here is an example of how I have marked out the neons on one of the buildings.




If anyone takes up this request then I'd be grateful, I always felt that Vice City was lacking in neon.
