No. You cannot be programmer.
If you had ability to be programmer, you wouldn't ask question, but look at various sources to gather required knowledge about SCM scripting and practice. So you can't be programmer.
You may know the very little of programming however.

yes i am not this is true but i want to edit a cleo race i found this mod on a chinesse site and the mod ios called nfs sa race pack which contains some about 15 races on akagi and rokko drift map the problem is that the races are too much tough i have tried many time to complete them but i cant so please just tell me how to decrease the opponets speed and thats all or if you think i am nothing then you make it for me.

Download Sanny Builder, decompile .cs or .scm file of races and search for "speed".

i have the sanny builder and if you want that mod then tell me the mod is fuc*in cool it adds some toolboth races and sprint races along with police this is just like nfs mw.
