I do not have time to test the codes, but always remember to backup, so your mission is safe. TNTX32 will (maybe) test them if he want's. Anyways, the Hook-service is open, upload the mission in someplace and I will do what you want and in this case to check the file. Also, a missing NUL or BS can crash the game aswell.

This is still an "unofficial" hook and it may not work properly.

Hello, I am having trouble with adding punctuation and coloured words to my text. I open my DYOM file and see a line like this:

Zulu  I always wanted to be a hero, fight the bad guys, save the world...

and I want to change it to this:

Zulu: "I always wanted to be a hero, fight the bad guys, save the world..."

notice on the original line there are two spaces between Zulu and I, does that affect anything?

what I try to do is this:

~b~Zulu~b~: "I always wanted to be a hero, fight the bad guys, save the world..."

but when I try to hit 'Load' in-game, the game instantly crashes. What do I do?

Edit 22nd April 2010: Nevermind, I realise I must use ~b~ Zulu ~w~. though I cannot seem to add any punctuation without crashing the DYOM file. And I have to hook in-game in order to hook at all.
