Have you tryied binding your own keys?
the original keys doesn't allways work at the beginning of a mod, sometimes it needs to be fixed, also again after an update, just like the ragdoll Mod by hippie.

I've binded my roll and slide key to the "Insert" & "PageUP" key, mostly because i'm lefthanded so i use arrow keys to move, and the closest keys to that are numpad and the "Home, End, Insert, PageUP, Delete, PageDOWN keys next to it

Try binding your own keys to see if it'll work, dunno if it will

Nope, still nothing.
It's like the .asi loader just completely ignores this mod, it doesn't even create a text file where it logs activities of it, like it does with other .asi mods.

Hmm, sounds a bit wierd. have you tryied using only this one mod?
it's worked for me before, all i did was copying all my .asi mods from my gtaIV root folder, to the desktop, deleted the asi loader, installed the asi loader again, and then installed this mod first, checked if it worked, it did, and then i installed the other mods and they worked too, i have no clue of what to do if it then won't work for you.

It works great for me, using Xliveless as asi loader (haven't used online mode in a while so i just used xliveless), having the latest scripthook and FilecheckFix too.

This mod was buggy enough when you play on Multiplayer on 1.0.2.0.. upgrade to 1.0.3.0. 3's doesnt support mods while in multiplayer..

oh my god... if R* is smart then they'll hire you... you're my absolute favorite modder dude.. somehow you just seem to pop out awesome mod after awesome mod.. when i get access to a decent PC with photoshop i'll be making a fanbar for my sig...

though i have 1 request for you.. will you please PLEASE put all your mods in 1 for use at the same time because so far you are the 1 reason that I'm thinking of saving up for a IV run able PC so i can use your mods... (please atleast think about it)

Nope, it still doesn't work. I tried using a different .asi loader and still nothing.
I guess that means the problem is not on my end, it's the mod. So, if that could be fixed, that would be great.

oh and @Flat Face - that wont be possible as they all have differential Waitings/timing, not to mention they run on different stream methods (tick-based, fiber).
the only downside to having more asi files are those annoying logs everywhere
