Off the top of my head:

• Chrome Plating for certain weapons although it's only available via the Social Club (??)
• The level of your weapons now shows up beside them in your loadout
• Payne Thresholds have been implemented but don't appear to be operational just yet
• There is a new Camoflage hoody item available for your Avatar (I think it's an update of the Urban Camo but I'm not 100% sure)
• You can now jump straight into the last MP mode you've played from the main menu
• You can now place wagers on yourself and you get a free wager every so often (I think due to xp earned)

On the other hand Multiplayer is more buggy than ever if you can imagine that being possible.

While we're on the subject, has anybody else noticed a coloured symbol showing up beside people's names that resembles a hand doing the "Rock On" gesture? And if so does anybody know what it is??

^ As far as I know, the chrome plating / social club thing means that if you don't have a social club acct, you won't get it. Same as the gorilla mask minipack.

Yeah maybe it will open up with the Payne Thresholds and work kind of like the Gentleman's Attire outfit from RDR, i.e it becomes available once you sign into social club from in game.

In GTA IV, you bring the bodies of Manny and Jay to the organ-dealer-doctor. This mission is so short and has many funny lines by Niko Bellic, after the trunk opens and Niko puts the bodies back in/closes the trunk.

Also, afterwards you can call Roman where both, Niko and Roman make jokes about the human organ trade.

So in Max Payne 3, I wasn't really shocked even though this moment was supposed to be shocking.

There's some mention that 360 users won't see the patch till later in the week in certain regions so I'm still waiting on the update apparently.

Ah that's bullsh*t. I got the new patch on monday and Payne Thresholds were available to me for about 2 or 3 hours and then they became unavailable again. Your not really missing out on anything by not having the patch except for some aesthetic changes to loadouts and things.

It's basically a consensed version of the MP3 multiplayer section of youR social club profile, it's accessable from the Multiplayer main menu by pressing the shoulder button left or right.
