My harddrive is bursting (yes Sweaty, I have a raging harddrive ). It's getting a bit tiring to keep deleting and (re)-installing games (I currently have a 120 gig). Do you guys reckon if it's worth it to buy an entire new Xbox (slim) with a 250 gig hdd? I don't think they sell them separately for the "old" Xbox...

If your xbox is ancient, it doesn't have HDMI and you have the money then, yeah definitely. You can get 250GB hard-drives (old generation) btw.

What does it means Booze? Do you have the same problem like me with Max Payne 3 (can't install the game/s properly), or something else? Anyway, after a week or so I finally installed Payne on my HDD yesterday with LIVE account signed off, update on and both disc installed. Was so happy when I saw the loading screen, but the problems started again after. It took seven to eight minutes to load the menu screen and five to start the first cutscene (which brake all the time). After the cutscene was over, game started normally and only few minutes later everything was messed up (Max falling through the invisible ground (blue hell), cutscenes trigger after few minutes while I can walk around the place, killing cutscenes stops for a half of minute and enemy's body is twitching like crazy and so on.....). I think the problem is in console LIVE update, which is probably not installed properly. I'll try to fix it with the next update or I will need to support your idea Booze. Sold my current console and buy me some new slim shizznet.

I have the one where they turned to black (HDMI, 120 gig HDD). It's my second Xbox (my first being a launch model) and it never gave me any trouble. I may have screwed up the USB ports a little bit (used some dodgy third party peripherals), as my right trigger will register a squeeze every now and then, and sometimes the sticks jerk (which can be a bit of a pain in menus). But apart from that (and the small harddrive), there's nothing wrong with it. I guess it just comes down to if I want to spend my money on a new one right now.

That's odd. I can sign on to XBL on my old GTAking33 account though. If it was Live that was down wouldn't I not be able to get on with any accounts?
