Hi there. 1st post so I'll try keeping my opinion short.


I saw that post on x360a from that player that had 97.5% aswell. I'm also stuck at 96.67% like someone else and have definitely done everything 'bar the seagulls.

Unless you've finished the game then (SPOILER ALERT) don't read on....



I never got round to the hi-lo card game once and so far since the clubhouse has been turned over I can't, theres no where on the streets I found to play it; did manage to find two arm wrestling locations that happened to pop up while I was going through the activities with bumchums Clay & Terry...

I think the percentage total differs just like in the main GTA4 story. I remember thinking crap I've cocked up the random characters so (a) I'm not gonna get the 5G achievement, but more importantly I'm not going to reach 100%... turned out alright.

Someone on the forums here said that completing the 25 gang wars gives you 3.33%, I've done that and I'm on 96.67%, and whats still outstanding, the seagulls. So if seagulls 'also happen to work out at 3.33% then there you go - 100%.


The player on x360a thats got 97.5% must have done something extra (which I can only think is the hi-lo cards), which means seagulls are recalulated at 2.5%, hence meaning the way you play it you'll still get 100% but add up differently.

I'm still not really sure why I'm stuck at 96.67%. I'm sure that I've done absolutely everything other than the Seagulls but if they're 2.5% then apparently not, so I have no idea what I'm missing.

Ok so scrap the hi-lo from what I was saying, that plays no part in reaching 100%, cool and I'm in agreement as I just started a new save to test the water, yeh nothing added to the stats.


I just wanna figure out how that player has 97.5%, and I can't which brings me back to why I think the seagulls are the outstanding 3.33% I'm missing.

I'm hoping you're right and the Seagulls are 3.33%, because that'd mean I've not missed anything .
Just waiting for IGN to have their map finished, I haven't heard that any other place has even started one yet so IGN looks like the best bet.

I didn't hear of it. I'm trying to convince anyone who has the guide with the map in it to scan it or use a regualrmap and put dots on it.

I can tell you right now that 25 Gang Wars is 3.33%. All I have done so far was the story, getting Terry and Clay 100% strength (that is 5%), and Gang Wars. So far I have 73.33%.

I can confirm that you have to win a game of air hockey (I won against the AI) for 1% towards 100%. I'm not sure if winning against a friend counts towards this too, but as long as you win a game against an AI you get 1%.

Thanks for sharing that. It's now updated. I just done the random characters and I got 4.00% added. However, I'm uncertain.

I really hope the arm wrestling isent true ^^, beouse im done and i havent played it, (tried once tho but lost -_-), and if you have compleated it you can`t arm wrestle again right?

All I have left to do is the seagulls, they must be worth 3.33%... Since the only think I can think of is that the hi-lo cards game goes towards the percentage, but people have already confirmed that it doesn't. So the seagulls have to be 3.33%.

Yep that's the conclusion we've come to. Everybody who is sure they've done everything but the Seagulls has 96.67% so the Seagulls should be worth 3.33%.

Just changed it. I guess it's safe to say that seagulls are 3.33%.

Arm Wrestling the AoD was a pain. Took 30 minutes. Though what that guy said about winning against an AI in air hockey which is 1%, that might be why some people are 97.5% and 96.66%. Im going to test winning against an AI in Pool, Air Hockey, and Darts. Also, I beat Quebd highscore, so that might be a part of it.

So do you have to beat anyone once in Air Hockey and that's it? Does it matter which one you do it with, or do you have to beat Clay and Terry?
