Its always good to see a new thread from you. Yours and burners/Mindf*cks projects are the first things Im looking at when visiting the forum.

Love the polyflow of your new model. The car itself isnt exactly my taste but its always great to see a nicly modeled car for GTA. lol.gif

Thanks everyone, nothing change except adding wheels and a proper grille. Inside a crude 392 engine and half finished chassis and interior. There so many variant it kills me. The spoked wheels are very unusual nowdays. I chose it because it looks heavy.

@jake-dk Im intending to replace the Yankee (using its collision and dummies), Mule is somewhat a bit smaller and lighter duty.

@Illousion I used to see these tucks when i was a kid. Recently one is parked in a farm yard rusting (possible drivable). I may check it out if im really crapped out with ref pics.

@schaefft I doubt this truck is gonna generate zillion downloads biggrin.gif This truck, when still in production, was very popular in North America and nobody models them for GTA.

@MindF*ck I been MIA at SMC. But I resume working on Lincoln as soon i finished dealing with cortina. Im confident it will be finished ahead of schedule (endless supply of red bull required).

@Brendan This truck have so many configuration it drives me nuts. The Swedish version comes with a totally different cab. They even comes with 4X4 (I think those version are cool) Many were sold with no cabs chassis and its up to 3rd party builder to add many things.

@jake-dk I thought about it, so by default its just a bare chassis or a flatbed then the rest are extras.

@AZO hehehe thats a pretty good idea, but I may rather use lower poly ones just to be safe.

The car you could use should be also wrecked, maybe some rusty textures could be applied. To be more realistic ^_

Whoa, never thought of that, that going to make my truck more interesting. Maybe im gonna slap a huge Exsorbeo ad! Now i can play with myself while hauling ass! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

If anyone is interested to make another version of this truck (firetruck, tow truck, crane truck) PM me. I have reference for the crane truck though. Firetrucks are dime a dozen.

Modeling engine is probably the "hardest" part. and still only have the block and a lousy shape transmission.

Great job! Can't wait to see this in my game as a Yankee!

I love the rims too! You do not see those on many trucks for GTA SA.

Bigfoot, I have a real Loadstar and would be happy to supply you with any pictures you might need. It's tucked in a barn so it will be kind of hard to get any good overall pictures of it, but I should be able to do detail shots for you. Have a few International V-8 engines too I could get some pictures of, details on them would be hard though as they are very greasy.
