this is most likely old and been talked to death but i wasn't familiar with the nicknames such as "fido" and "fiffi". where do they come from, in which missions is claude called like that?

In one of the missions for the Mafia you're introduced to Maria who calls you the Boss' lap dog and says "Come on fido, let's go". I don't think she ever calls you Fido again after that, at least not that I can remember. I also don't think he's ever called fiffi, ever.

Yeh, i'm 100% Maria does't call Claude 'fiffi'. Fido is more apporpriate.
